Dr. Vanderbeck attended Rutgers University where she receieved a Bachelor of Science degree and then receieved a Master of Sciene at Thomas Jefferson University.
She continued at Jefferson Medical College where she received her MD and entered the Ortopedic program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where she completed her orthopedic residency. She was then accepted by the Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson University to complete a fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
Along with many awards and honors she received the Everett J. Gordan Award from Thomas Jefferson University for the one resident demonstrating outstanding clinical achievment.
Dr. Vanderbeck's practice interests include treatment of all conditions of the shoulder and elbow including arthritis, total and partial joint replacement, trauma and complex fractures, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and elbow arthroscopy. She also enjoys sports medicine.
When not working, Dr. Vanderbeck enjoys many outdoor activities with her husband.
