Richard M. Jay, F.A.C.F.A.P., F.A.C.F.A.S.

Dr. Richard M. Jay has joined Cumberland Orthopedic Professional Association and will provide Reconstructive Foot and Ankle surgery for adults and children. Dr. Jay has 26 years of experience as a foot and ankle surgeon in Philadelphia. He is a Professor of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Over the past 28 years of practice, Dr. Jay has published 8 textbooks on Foot and Ankle Surgery and has written and published over 40 articles in medical journals in America, Britain, Spain and Australia. He is an authority in pediatric foot and ankle surgery and has lectured nationally and internationally. He is the former section editor of the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery.


Dr. Jay

Dr. Jay will hold surgical privileges at South Jersey Hospital in Vineland and maintain his privileges in Philadelphia at Temple University Children’s Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania Hospital.

When not working Dr. Jay and his wife Roz love traveling to Paris, Rome and especially New York City to visit their daughter Kate.
